职位描述
Primary Objective:
· Responsible for all Quality Management Services (inspections, validation, qualification, etc.) teams achieving high customer satisfaction and achieving business objectives.
· Collaborate with other senior management to cooperate in defining strategies and specific business objectives.
· Passionately drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and execution to provide "6 Star Service" to enable rapid business growth.
· Exemplify, foster, and cultivate the Riverwood Culture.
Major Areas of Accountability:
· Develop and communicate vision and clear expectations to each services team member; relating them to corporate vision and strategic direction.
· Manage the successful integration of services to support customers at a high level and to support other global Riverwood sites.
· Define and develop service team members' roles, responsibilities and accountabilities to be consistent with Riverwood needs and core values.
· Develop/implement/refine/improve innovative and effective processes and tools needed for service team execution.
· Develop service team members' key technical and service competencies to enable high quality service.
· Recruit, coach, mentor, and retain top-notch team members.
· Ensure team level and individual metrics are clearly defined, and feedback to team members is prompt, complete, and actionable.
· Drive alignment of processes and resources with other core Riverwood businesses.
· Participate in corporate strategic planning; develop and execute related business plans. Drive for effective issue resolution at all levels of the organization to achieve high customer satisifaction.
· Build strong customer and supplier relationships and ensure clear alignment of customer expectations and execution as the key managerial customer interface.
· Make regular presentations of status, issues, and initiatives to the Executive Team.
Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, or a related field, Master's Degree is a plus.
Experience Required:
Successful candidates must have 10+ years' experience in the OEM and EMS industry with emphasis on product development, new product introduction, manufacturing operations, program management, and supply chain management. Also, 5 years supervisory/management level experience required, preferably in a dynamic, collaborative team environment.
Suitable experience includes, but is not limited to, the following:
· Managing, leading or supervising cross-functional teams.
· Responsibility for business unit and/or customer account results.
Skills Required:
Specific and demonstrated ability includes, but is not limited to:

· Listen effectively to clients, suppliers, colleagues, etc.
· Willingness and desire to communicate openly and honestly at all times.

· Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
· Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate in both formal and informal situations.
· Manage customer relationships directly at a high level.
· Ability to understand and analyze various EMS and supplier financial models.
· Inspire innovation and continuous improvement.
· Serve as a positive role model to all program team members.
· As required, role up sleeves and act as an individual contributor.
· Respond positively to challenges and work effectively under pressure.
· Understand and possess a competent level of knowledge of the contract negotiation.
· Travel frequently to all different levels of suppliers in the Pearl River Delta region, in China, and occasionally overseas.
