Roles & Responsibilities:

  

 

  

1.     Develop EMS business opportunities by exploring potential customers of Europe and United States companies located in Shanghai and Yangtze River area through researches and appropriate channels;

  

2.     Keep track on market condition, future trend, competitor activities and provide periodical report to management;

  

3.     Develop and enhance relationship with customers through direct connections and close communication;

  

4.     Prepare regular sales activities reports, make quotations timely,

  

5.     Negotiate with customers on contracts

  

 

  

Requirements:

  

 

  

1.     Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing or Electronic Engineering;

  

2.     Minimum 15 years of relevant technical sales experience, preferably gained in EMS industry;

  

3.     Experience in sales, business development and project management gained from multi-national organizations are highly preferable;

  

4.     Good knowledge and experience in benchmark and quotation processing;

  

5.     Independent, self-disciplined, enthusiastic and able to use initiative to come up with new ideas;

  

6.     Strong communication and influencing skills in dealing with both internal and external customers;

  

7.     Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese;

  

8.     Occasional travel is required
