主要职责：

● 支持整个华尔街中国超过10个城市的学习中心与办公室的IT基础架构。

● 管理华尔街中国业务相关的WinTel与Linux系统 。

● 协调技术团队与跨职能团队进行系统维护与故障排查。

● 参与华尔街中国IT基础架构相关项目的设计、搭建与交付。

● 基于系统管理方案（例如SCCM）对操作系统及安全补丁进行管理。

● 支持产品周期性的升级部署。

● 积极通过自动化工具等方案持续优化整个IT基础架构的稳定性与效率提升。

● 主动参与技术服务管理，达成卓越服务。

任职资格:

● 中英双语，英文（流利）。

● 5年以上相关工作经验。

● 有过外企工作经验。

● 具备丰富的Microsoft Server OS (Win2012及以上)工作经验。

● 具备丰富的虚拟化技术（Hyper-V and vSphere）相关经验。

● 具备丰富的Linux相关经验。

● 在AD/DNS/DHCP/Shell-programming等知识领域具备丰富的工作经验。

● 对IT服务管理流程有基本理解（基于ITIL）。

● 对网络语音电话技术(VoIP)有经验者额外加分。

● 具有良好的沟通能力与其他软技能。

● 能够独立按时完成项目交付的相关工作。

教育状况: .

● 大学以上学历，理工专业(技术、电气工程)优先。

● 具有微软服务器系统相关技术证书。

Key Responsibilities

● Support the entire China based Infrastructure Architecture including corporate offices and learning centers in over 10 cities.

● Manage WSE China business WinTel and Linux Systems.

● Coordinate with technology teams and cross function teams for technology systems maintenance and troubleshooting.

● Engage and participate in the design, build and delivery of technology infrastructure projects within China.

● Manage OS and security patching based on systems management solutions (e.g. SCCM).

● Support product upgrade deployment cycles.

● Continuously improve the whole infrastructure stability and efficiency through proactive and automation measures.

● Actively participate technology service management to achieve service excellence.

Requirement & Qualification:

● Bilingual - Chinese, English (fluent).

● At least 5 years relevant work experience.

● Previous experience working at multi-national companies.

● Strong experience with Microsoft Server OS (Win2012 - present).

● Strong experience with Virtualization technology (Hyper-V and vSphere).

● Strong experience with Linux.

● Good working knowledge and experience with AD/DNS/DHCP/Shell-programming.

● Foundational knowledge of IT Service Management Processes (ITIL based).

● Voice over IP (VoIP) Telephony experience a plus.

● Good communication and other soft skills.

● Ability to work independently to complete project deliverables on time.

Education:

● College graduate, Bachelor of Science (Technology, Electrical Engineering) preferred.

● Microsoft Server and/or relevant technical certifications.
