Title: Financial Controller

Report to: GM, Asia Pacific Controller

Subordinates: 30+

Location: FenXian district, company equip a car（奉贤，公司配车）

Key responsibilities:

- To set up, implement and maintain the Company’s financial and accounting systems in accordance to the Group Procedures and Accounting Procedures.

- To prepare, analyze and timely submit monthly financial reports to the regional office.

- To analyze performance and other information, recommend proposals for corrective actions (BDP, industry comparisons, competitor data, costing, pricing, etc)

- To direct the data processing requirements of the Business Unit to enhance effectiveness and quality of business decisions.

- To manage the cash flow and advise management on appropriate actions to minimize working capital

- To provide proper framework for proper product and sales costing structure.

- To liaise with Banks, external auditors, tax authorities, Government authorities, Insurance Companies, etc.

- To assist in the preparation of Capital Expenditure Proposals, merge and acquisition proposals, etc.

- To develop and implement appropriate product costing procedures and disseminate information to the relevant department for execution.

- To be responsible for supervising Legal activities in China.

Qualifications:

- Tertiary Education major in Finance / Accounting, MBA will be an advantage.

- Have at least 8 years of experience in senior financial management position in a manufacturing environment in a foreign joint venture organization

- Must be well verse with local accounting practices

- Have experience in costing and debt collection

- Conversant with local account reporting requirements

- Has strong understanding of product costing

- Possess reasonable oral and written English ability

- Be analytical, sharp eyes for details, critical. Strong interpersonal skills, especially with fellow colleagues.

- Information Technology Skills. Familiar with Finance / Accounting software will be necessary.

- Conversant in application of Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, ERP system (BPCS)
