Management & Recruitment Consultants to Retention Shanghai
Retention is a Swedish Management Consulting firm
established 2003 and our aim is to be the leading consultant working
with crossborder assignment between Scandinavia and China.
We have been in China since 2010 and now it is time for our next
phase in Shanghai, therefore we seek individuals who is looking for:

Role & Responsibilities
In the role as Recruitment Consultant at Retention your job will be
to support and execute assignments independently as well as in close
collaboration with colleagues in Shanghai and Sweden. It is an
extensive role which entails great responsibility within the different
stages of the process of the assignments.
In the daily job you will work with everything from developing
customers, analyse, conduct business consulting, search & selection
and follow up. The job also contain coordination of meetings with
clients, candidates and HQ.
Experience & Characteristcs
We are now looking for you who are out going, driven and business
oriented that after around 2 years within the recruitment industry knows
the craft and now are ready to take on new challenges with great
responsibilities in an international environment.
In order to succeed at Retention you need to have an entrepreneurial
spirit, a high drive and a passion for quality with a good sense of
attention to details. Further on, you feel comfortable in a dynamic
environment permeated by a high pace and down to earth culture. In terms
of education, you preferably hold a master degree within business
management or like. Besides speaking a Scandinavian language you speak
English fluently. It is an advantage if you speak Mandarin.
