任职要求:
1,具备5年以上设备维修经验, 包括电气, 气动,液压和非标类设备);
2,具备一定机加工能力(能独立使用铣床, 车床, 磨床, 加工或修改简单零件);
3,具备管理经验者优先;
4,具备基础设施维护及维修经验者优先.


岗位职责:
1,负责厂内生产以及基础设施设备日常维护的最终确认, 定期保养计划的拟订及落实;
2,负责生产用简单治具的维修制作, 部分复杂治具的委外;
3,负责厂内备品库的建立与管控;
4,负责评估机加工件及设备与工装外包加工厂;
5,负责对量产设备提出改进意见并配合ME进行部分改进动作;
6,完成上级交办的其他工作.
