Responsibilities:

ü. 新产品报价：负责了解客户的技术要求, 进行技术可行性分析，产生初始的产品规格书, 测试规格书,及产品工程项目报价预算.

New product quotation: Be responsible for knowing customers’ technical requirements, doing technical feasibility analysis, creating initial product specifications, initial test specifications and product project quotation budget.

ü 负责编制详细的技术规格书

Be responsible for compiling detailed technical specifications

ü 负责3D/2D设计,相应设计计算及CAE分析

Be responsible for 3D/2D design, relevant designing calculation and CAE

ü 负责供应商的技术沟通

Be responsible for technical communications with suppliers

ü 负责编制DFMEA, DVP, EBOM, CC/SC等

Be responsible for compiling DFMEA, DVP, EBOM,CC/SC etc.

ü 负责编制详细的产品试验规格书

Be responsible for compiling detailed product testing specifications

ü 负责产品的设计评审

Be responsible for product designing review

ü 协助制作样件

To cooperate with sample making

ü 负责分析失效的原型样件及DV样件, 并制定改善措施

Be responsible for analyzing failed model samples and DV samples and taking improving measurements

ü 负责认可供应商的零件

Be responsible for approving suppliers’ components

ü 负责向客户提交OTS样品及报告

Be responsible for submitting OTS samples and reports to customers

ü 协助客户完成产品的认可

To cooperate with customers to finish product approval

ü 负责产品设计变更

Be responsible for product designing change

ü 协助维护量产项目

To maintain projects of massive production

ü 维护与客户技术沟通的渠道

To maintain accesses for technical communication with customers

Requirements and skills:

1.Education level:

教育程度: 大学本科以上(含本科)学历,机械,机电,材料,汽车等相关专业

Bachelor’s degree and above (bachelor included), majoring in mechanics, electro mechanics, material, automotive etc.

2.Work experience

工作经验: 2年以上汽车行业, 具有门把手，锁芯，锁机构等产品的设计经验。同时具有管理经验将被优先考虑

More than 2 years design experience in automotive industry with door handle, or lockset, or latch; Team management experience is preferred.

3. Key knowledge and skills

ü 具备扎实的机械理论知识 (如: 机械设计,机械原理,材料力学,工程力学等)

Possess strong mechanical theory knowledge(i.e. mechanical designing, mechanics of material, mechanics of project)

ü 具有汽车行业产品开发设计经验

Possess development & design experience in vehicle industry

ü 熟练使用Catia或UG软件

Skilled in Catia or UG software

ü 具备良好的GD&T知识

Possess good GD&T knowledge

ü 具备分析及解决问题的能力 (思路要清晰)

Possess analyzing and solving abilities(clear-minded)

ü 良好的自我管理能力

Good self-controlling ability

ü 熟悉TS16949质量体系知识

Familiar with TS 16949 quality system knowledge

4. Foreign Language ability

外语能力:

ü 良好的英语听说读写译能力；
