Working Responsibilities

1.Responsible to identify all of Customer Requirements, and translate into the standard of company Quality System, and avoid any gap between customer requirement and internal Quality Standard;
2.Responsible to coordinate with customer SQA and negotiation, pushing & troubleshooting of any quality issues & arguments;
3．Take the lead of the customer complain for root cause analysis and actions, and organize of 8D report;
4．Responsible for management, direction, evaluation of customer service team;
5．Responsible for define the working instruction of all the customer on site people;
6．Responsible for the warranty parts from the customer side, analysis and feedback to customer
Fulfill the company’s related target to customer; continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

1．负责识别客户的各种需求，并翻译成公司内部质量体系的运行标准，消除客户需求与内部质量标准的差别；
2．负责协调客户SQA的合作及与客户的任何质量问题和争议的谈判、推动和解决；
3．负责组织解决客户投诉问题的原因分析和措施制定，并编制8D报告；
4．负责管理、指导和考评客户售服人员；
5．负责编制客户现场人员的操作指导书；
6．负责客户售后服务件索赔的管理，组织分析，并及时向客户反馈
7．完成公司制定的客户目标，并不断提升客户满意度；

Qualification

1. At least 5 years experience in automotive manufacturing field
2.Good oral and written communications both in Mandarin and English
3.Skillful for computer
4.Flexible to work time
5.Good negotiate with people ,open and team work

1、五年以上制造业质量管理或相关方面工作经历，跨国企业更优；
2、良好的中英文口语及书面表达能力；
3、良好的人际交往能力和电脑操作技能；
4、可适应随时加班；
5、良好的谈判能力并具有团队管理力度。
