Functional Requirements (Essential functions include but are not limited to the following:)

- Assist in the setting up of new CM's and ship to locations to be used by Apple.

- Coordinate sample and production deliveries (Hand deliver samples as necessary.)

- Must be knowledgeable in supply chain issues and may involve periodic discussions with

subcomponent vendors

- Needs to be knowledgeable in production planning, yields, material supplies, forecasts and

production ramp issues

- Will need to host / facilitate daily calls with Apple and factory and support with production readiness.

- need to be willing to travel within China and possibly to Vietnam (for Camera business only) as needed.

- Provide support during the design-in phase of development

- Assist in troubleshooting problems

- Assist in the inspection of production line failures and arrangement with third party to arrange inspection support.

- Manage the coordination of RMA's between SMA and the CM

- Provide direct communication on QA issues between SC and our production locations

- Participate in factory audits

- Coordinate shipments from the warehouse and facilitates product flow from customs

- Prepares and submits required activity reports, forecasts, market research and other required

management reports in an accurate and timely manner

- Support task force meeting as required.

Position Specification

Three to five years of experience in sales or manufacturing in the electronic component industry and aggressive sales ability is required. Excellent knowledge of sales, service, and administrative functions required. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential. (BSEE is preferred.) Must be able to effectively communicate in the English language (written and verbally). Overnight travel will be required as necessary in order to effectively service accounts. Will be required to attend various meetings (to include dinner meetings) for the purpose of further strengthening customer relationships.
