职位描述
Role Summary/Purpose:
Search and identify potential clients to create opportunities for future business. This is a highly recommended position for individuals with excellent persuasion and interpersonal communication skills. Preference for those with existing knowledge and experience in CRW (customer relationship management).
Main Responsibilities:
1) Finding new companies with whom the company can engage with in order to increase level of business for our service distribution.
2) Maintain regular contacts with existing clients to strengthen the relationship in order to expand co-operation in the near future.
3) Ask from existing/new clients if they can recommend other companies that would be interested to hire our service.
4) Willing to be "thick face" and ask for business even when one has been rejected too many times.
5) Ensure high client satisfaction at all times. This includes conduct follow-ups with clients timely.
6) Assists in development and implementation of business plan.
Requirements:
1) University degree and above.
2) Excellence in proper Chinese (mandarin) both written and oral.
3) Average English skills, able to engage in easy verbal communication and writing.
4) Able to communicate effectively, clearly, and strategically.
5) Good PC skills.
6) At least one year of work experience in similar or related field.
7) Priority for applicants with two years and above work experience in sales, including in headhunting field.
