职位描述
Organisation :
1. report to the Production Manager
2. work inside a team of 4 to 8 workers
3. Interact with others departments like production, purchasing, engineering, quality inspection,...
Assignments:
1. Organize and arrange the warehouse with defined locations
2. Proceed the reception of goods and control the quantity
3. Proceed the work orders preparation according to the pick lists and dispatch inside the workshop
4. Prepare the finished good for expedition
5. Control the stock and draw up inventories
Education & experience:
1. High school graduate or Technician school graduate
2. At least 3 years experience in warehouse arrangement and operation
Skills:
1. Can record any stock movement carefully
2. Know the packing standard operating procedure
3. Have forklift truck drive license
4. Can work carefully and patiently
5. Have crane operation certification is preferred
6. Have workshop 5S experience is preferred
7. Can read English is preferred
8. Can use an ERP system is an asset
Targets:
1. Quality : guarantee the perfect traceability of the parts and products
2. guarantee the quantity record reflect the actual stock
3. Time : provide work within a controlled timing
4. Productivity : propose solutions to improve continuously the productivity of the work
Other tasks:
1. Keep his/her workspace clean and tidy
2. Take care of the production tools
3. Fill in properly his/her timesheet
4. Respect the employee handbook and the instructions from the production manager
Work guidelines:
1. Working procedures, Security instructions
2. Documents from the computer system
3. Planning of work orders
4. Professional tools
