职位描述
Organisation :
1. Report to the Quality Manager
2. Work inside a team of 4 to 8 workers
3. Interact with others departments like production, purchasing, engineering,...
Assignments:
1. Control the quality of incoming parts from the suppliers
2. Make dimensional measurements of the parts
3. Verify the conformity according the requirements
4. Proceed internal inspection on the assembly line
Education & experience:
1. High school graduate or Technician school graduate
2. At least 3 years experience in quality inspection and in metrology
Skills:
1. Can use metrology tools: caliper, micrometer, gauge, protractor, ...
2. Know the quality inspection standard operating procedure (simple sampling plan, )
3. Can read technical drawings and understand the critical dimensions and tolerances
4. Can work carefully and patiently
5. Have workshop 5S experience is preferred
6. Can read English is preferred
7. Can use an ERP system is an asset
Targets:
1. Quality : provide reliable inspection of the controlled parts
2. Time : provide the inspection within a controlled timing
3. Productivity : propose solutions to improve continuously the productivity of the work
Other tasks:
1. Record properly the non conformities
2. Sort out properly the parts in quarantine, separating the rejected parts
3. Insure the traceability of the parts after inspection
4. Keep his/her workspace clean and tidy
5. Take care of the measurement tools
6. Fill in properly his/her timesheet
7. Respect the employee handbook and the instructions from the quality manager

2. Drawings, Purchasing technical specifications
3. Inspection check lists
4. International standards
5. Professional tools
