职位描述:
1. Be responsibilities for the promotion, sales and distribution of the product portfolio of the **** Tooling alloys division in the Chinese market, with the exception of clearly identified customers and specific geographical area’s, especially in Shenzhen and Shanghai.
2. Be based in **** Taicang and work close together with German colleagues in Tooling alloys Germany.
3. Develop, serve and grow the customer base according to the determined segments and market strategies defined at the HQ, providing all customers the best possible technical as well as commercial support and assistance.
4. Be responsible for drawing up detailed sales budgets and forecasts for every customer as well as specific targets for prospects and potential customers.
职位要求:
University Background:
1. Mastter Degree in metallurgy, material science or mechanical engineering preferred
2. Bachelor Degree in metallurgy, material science or mechanical engineering accepted
Commercial skills:
1. Capability to sell solutions and thus creating value for both our customer as well as for our company (demonstrating capability)
2. Negotiation skills and ability to handle different decision making levels at our customers (from machine operators to members of the general management)
3. Ability to make convincing and powerful presentations
Technical skills:
1. Basic knowledge of industrial tooling segments in a wide array of applications (blanking and forming, cold forging, plastic injection molding etc.)
2. Basic knowledge about tool steels and their respective property profiles
3. Experience in machining and/or heat treatment of tool steels would be an additional asset
Language skills:
1. Mother language Chinese
2. Fluent in English, both written as spoken (CET 4-6)
Computer skills:
1. Practical knowledge of Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
2. Knowledge of SAP would be an additional asset
Working experience:
1. More than 3 years in tooling alloys
Others:
1. A driving license is duty
