1.Participate in process and technology design. Develop technology transfer package from lab to commercial production;

2.Supervise the implementation of new processes and technologies at our plants, ensure implementation in a safe manner;

3.Analyze production processes at our plants including tolling plants to identify yield improvement and cost reduction opportunities, propose and make recommendation to management team on change and improvement;

4.Analyze, develop and modify production process & procedures to meet production/operation needs, and to enhance compliance with operation procedures;

5.Develop, design and provide training to employees on safety procedures and operation procedures;

6.Constant and continuous monitoring of compliance of production/operation activities with company operation procedures; Set up process performance tracking system/performance measurement matrix to measure operation safety, quality and efficiency;

1.Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering; Master's degree in chemical engineering is a plus;

2.At least 3 years in fine chemical manufacturing; experiences in process design and production management a plus;

3.Strong chemical engineering knowledge;

4.Good knowledge of process and process safety;

5.Good knowledge of environmental control and HSSE regulations;

6.Problem solving skills and hands-on;

7.Self-starter, can work independently;

8.Committed and detailed;
