职位要求:
1.Bachelor Degree major in Administration Management.
2.At least five years working experience in Admin, especially in shuttle bus and plant&office management .
3.Good organization, Coordination, and supervisory skills
4.Good communication, negotiation, contract generation skills.
5.Skillful in computer-good knowledge in PC operation and Microsoft Office.
工作职责:
PLANT & OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
•Maintain the plant and office facility in good order at all time including the hygiene, gardening, and environmental protection. Supervise the drivers and cleaners on their daily performance
•Handle overall office administration work including updating shuttle bus roster schedule and monitor the performance of the service vendor, distribute the meal allowance to workers. Allocate work station & equipment and keep/update record
•Select and negotiate the corporate rate with preferred vendors for hotels,travel agents, office and pantry supplies in order to get the best benefits for the company
•Control and replenish the office & pantry supplies and keep record of the usage to avoid wastage
•Review and renew the applicable insurance policies for the plant, e.g. public liability insurance. File insurance claims and handle reimbursement, whenever required.
•Organize all kinds of company events independently, including board meeting, annual meeting/dinner, safety meeting, staff outing, etc.
•Handle the printing work of all kinds of company publication and stationeries and name cards for office staff
•Responsible for the allocation and repair & maintenance of the office equipment and furniture
•Issue and distribute internal announcement including holiday announcement of Suzhou, plant/office telephone lists to APG employees and relevant personnel
COMPANY SECRETARIAL DUTIES
•Responsible for the company secretarial work including renewing and changing the company business/registration license
•Update and submit subsidiary & affiliate report of FMC’s representative offices in China
