Job Description:
Support the HR Manager in the implementation of the HR policies and practice and to assist in developing the organizational capabilities through right recruitment and putting the training and events in place.
1.Drive the recruiting process and activities for all non-manager positions for APG China, including CV screen, interviews, offer negotiation, contract preparation and setting up personal files , and legal process according to company policies & government regulations
1)Cooperate with hiring managers to execute and evaluate the annual recruiting plan of the branch office;
2)Develop and evaluate various recruiting channels/programs to ensure the recruiting process is efficient, cost effective and timely support business demand;
3)Analyze and report the recruiting progress to constantly improve the recruiting work
2.Lead training activities to upgrade competencies and functional skills through
1)Implement compliance training according to regional requirements
2)Build and deliver robust new hires' training to help new hires get settled in quickly and learn how FMC works;
3)Evaluate,plan and organize effective functional skills training to upgrade functional skills;
4)Evaluate,plan, organize and deliver course with HR Manager on management skills training practice & contents;
5)Develop and Foster a learning culture in FMC and follow through on training evaluation ;
3.Coordinate and organize independently Company Outings and Events to boost employee relations;
4.Collect, provide feedback and recommendations regarding HR process for improvement
5.Any other tasks assigned by the HR Managers.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree with major in Human Resources Management;
2.Minimum 5 years experience as HR Generalist or Recruiting &Training Specialist positions in MNC;Hands-on experience with recruiting & training function.
3.Competency required: Communication and interpersonal skills, time management skills, presentation skills, drive for result, customer oriented, learning on the fly;
4.Proactive, logical & well organized, a good team player;
5.Good command in both English and Chinese;
