Requirements:

1) Knowledge in Automotive Componant or System

- Deep understanding regarding vehicle and component development planning. Eg:Requirement and maturity level for different development stage.

- Familiar with EMS or body controller. Good knowledge on HW,SW,mechanical structure.

- Good knowledge on electronic control unit (PCB, housing, connector) design and manufacture process; familiar with SW configuration management.

- Familiar with automotive validation standard

- Good supplier management skill, able to ensure supplier deliverable through regular review.

2) Software skills

- HW design & SW validation tool: Good knowledge

- INCA: good knowledge

3) Language Skills

- English Fluent

- Chinese Fluent

4) Years of experience

- >3 years experience in Automotive OEM/company
