Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree with major in logistics or business, Electronics Engineering is preferred.

2.3+ years related working experience.

3.Experience with SAP would be preferred, but any relevant experience with ERP systems is required.

Responsibilities:

1.Be responsible for daily purchase activities according to related purchase procedures

2.Place purchase orders according to purchase requisitions, follow up receipt and payment as correct way

3.Direct material supplier source and management base on requirements accordingly

4.Parts price, MOQ, Lead time negotiation with required internal parties and suppliers

5.Insure that suppliers understand our routing guide and reduce shipping issues (certifications, counts, labeling, etc),

6.Insure that local suppliers to follow up customs ECI process according to Import& Export Requirements

7.Expedite and de-expedite components per SAP output messages

8.Minimize amount of inventory to efficiently operate all production facilities for assigned commodities (utilizing such inventory methods as JIT, Kanban and Min/Max systems)

9.Resolve all invoice discrepancies for assigned supply base in a timely manner

10.Deal with RMD and quality issue timely with all required parties and suppliers

11.Ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials to production facilities

12.Review SAP material master on a quarterly or as required basis

13.Assess current supply base on an on-going basis and recommend changes/alternatives that could reduce purchased material cost or add higher value to purchased components

14.Lead the sourcing activities upon needed for assigned non commodity components

15.Participate in developing better practices for the procurement department. This would include developing better and more efficient ways (automated) of doing business
