Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor degree

2. Very good understanding for overall production management from safety, quality, delivery, cost, etc.

3. Above one year production management experience

4. Have good written and verbal English communication skill

5. Good communication and interpersonal skill

6. Can train and motivate other team members and associates

7. Good team player and can work under pressure

8. Flexible hours, work on 2^nd shift and 3^rd shift

9. Self motivated and with minimal supervision

10.Good PC skill in Power point, word, Excel; Hands on experience on ERP/SAP system

11.Strong teamwork

12.Good communication skill

13.Very good understanding for overall production management from safety, quality, delivery and cost

14.Familiar with ISO9001 standards

15.Good team player and can work under pressure

16.Work in coordination with support departments

17.Promote personal and team Continuous Improvement

Responsibilities:

1.Supervise and cross-train associates in proper job procedures based on route sheets, work instructions, and company quality standard

2.Audit work of Associates, paying special attention to new team members and new processes, and retrain as necessary

3.Resolve quality issues with Technician, Manufacturing Manager and Engineers

4.Process paperwork for stock and Finished Goods as well as for scrap tickets

5.Work with Manufacturing Engineer to identify, analyze, and correct process problems

6.Assist Production in hiring and screening new Associates

7.Conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for advancement and corrective action

8.Audit production process to insure process is in control

9.Conduct team meetings and discuss issues as needed to cover productivities, quality, safety, cost saving, etc.

10.Ensure that production schedules and shipment to stock or Finished Goods are met on a daily basis
