PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
1. Create the Purchase Order (via SAP) of the required parts and send to qualified suppliers in Europe and Asia
2. Monitor/ track the shipment referring to the order confirmation to get the right parts and correct quantity within the requested date.
3. Gather the missing parts list from Warehouse Management team and update the status to warehouse officer and assembly engineer.
4. Provide weekly report for purchasing follow-up and related issues.
5. Communicate any deviation of shipment/ quality/ quantity to relevant parties (Logistics, Warehouse or QA) for further actions
6. Develop tools/ software to assist/ improve the part tracking/ following-up process.
7. Coordinate the subcontracting process for production orders (no samples) with the relevant responsibilities (e.g. suppliers, production team)
8. Analyzing the purchasing activities in coordination with purchasing and controlling.
9. Coordinate the purchase requisition process for investments and other expenses for production department together with the purchasing department (paper plant)
10. Coordinate with site SAP support team to improve system operation and participate user acceptance test.
11. Participate on training courses and company activities
12. Other tasks might be assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required :
? At least 3 years experiences in international engineering field.
? At least 3 years experiences in purchasing function
? Sound knowledge of International Trade, Law and Industrial regulations (considerable as an advantage)
? Good adaptability and re-cognition in cultural differences.
? Basic project co-ordination skill
? Basic technical purchasing skill
? Good analytical thinking skill
? Good interpersonal and communication skill
? Good skills in computer (Microsoft Offices)
? Familiar with SAP (or similar purchasing tools)
? Basic skill for tech. drawing reading (considerable as an advantage)

Company profile -SIG Combibloc
  SIG Combibloc is one of the world's leading system suppliers of aseptic carton packaging and filling machines for beverages and food with around 5,000 staff world-wide. Headquartered in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland.
  SIG Combibloc entered Chinese market as early as 1985. In July, 2004, the paper plant in Suzhou Industry Park had been in production on a 60,000 square meter site. Not long after that, the assembly center in Suzhou started its operation, in 2010. Until now, the capacity of Suzhou paper plant has reached 12 billion packs per year.
