工作职责

Responsibility

1.维护与更新客户及供应商信息

Maintain & update customer/supplier information

2.负责Jeeves代码转移及产品价格计算

Responsible for calculation and picking new Jeeves codes

3.在24小时内回复客户订单

Confirming orders to customer within 24 hours or less

4.负责客户订单及需求预测的跟踪，负责客户投诉

Active follow-up with customers on orders /forecast submission，receive & follow-up on customer complaint.

5.与采购及时沟通材料状态以保证生产所需物流的持续性

Monitor material supply status and work “closed loop” with purchasing to ensure continuous supply to in- house production.

6.负责在Jeeves中创建MO 并且跟踪交期.

Raise manufacturing order to the factory in Jeeves System &follow up the order status.

7.负责在Jeeves中开发票以及客户付款事宜跟踪

Raise invoice in Jeeves system after dispatch and the Customer Payment follows and credit limited control.

8.负责和货代沟通出货计划,准备报关资料.

Work with Freight Forwarders for shipment booking and delivery and prepare customs clearance document.

9.如有需要，负责组织物料供应会议，了解生产状况及材料供应状况

Supply Meeting and be aware of production performance and any materials supply issue if possible

10.如果部门中其他人员缺席，需要时，同时负责缺席人员职责

Will take absent person's responsibility if someone of LOG is not in office when needed.

11.负责与其它部门之间的协调工作
Cooperate with other department

12.保证ISO14001体系正常运作

follow ISO14001 system to operation

13.协助物流经理工作。

Support logistic manager.

任职要求

Job Requirement

1.相关学士学位

Bachalor degree or above with related field

2.两年以上相关工作经验

At least 2 years related work experience

3.优秀的英语听写说能力
Excellent English in speaking,writing,and listening

4.较强的协调沟通能力

Excellent communication and coordination skills

5.有较强的团队合作精神，有责任感，工作态度严谨
Team work spirit, high responsibility,positive attitude

6.负责客户订单及需求预测的跟踪，负责客户投诉
