Requirement:
1.Junior college or Bachelor degree, majoring in electronics or related;
2. With 10 + years experience related SMT equipment repair and maintenance,(DEK and BTU); Be familiar with SIEMENS X4 machines and other SMT machine maintenance.
3.Strong SPC skills and FMEA experience
4.Good experience for SMT equipment and process, 5.Strong leadership and inter-personal communication capabilities;
6.Good communication skill in English both in written and oral
Responsibility
1.Support Building engineer for equipment and process trouble shooting
2.Support Building Engineer to improve process yield
3.Drive Building Engineer follow the standard process to implement preventive maintenance/Calibration/CMK according defined schedule
4.Evaluate new equipment and process spec and implement validation
5.Work with CFT guys to ensure smooth new project introduction or transfer
6.Arrange related new equipment or technology training to building engineers and technicians.
7.Work with IT guy and try to perfect current or new system development and maintenance
