职位描述

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
In order of importance, list the primary responsibilities critical to the performance of the position. It is recommended not to list actual tasks but focus on essential responsibilities that highlight accountability and level of judgment required.


Responsibilites include but are not limited to:

? Accountability and oversight for all PES domain support from ticket initiation to closure.
? Development and ongoing operational management of a global "follow the sun" 7 x 24 L2 support operation.
? PES incident manager for all critical and high priority tickets working across PES domain teams and serivce delivery partners to drive incident closure.
? Management of low cost location capabilites for L2 support for PES domain application.
? Management interface to BTI Service Desk operations.
? Ongoing ticket monitiring for SLA compliance from service delivery partners e.g. BTI and criticality to with PES domain clients.
? Establish and manage and ticket and incident anlysis and improvement program
? Manage programs to reduce TCO of PES domain applications.Single point of site based issue escalation and management for PES domain application portfolio.
? Serve as an escalation point for critical issues related to the PES Application support
? Assist with collection and analysis of data to support the Capacity Planning process
? Facilitate support and project related meetings and workshops, as necessary, with razor sharp focus on purpose, agenda, deliverables with BT partners, business clients and support vendors.
? Creation service level agreements, work flows, incident management, escalation processes, problem management, service catalogues and all other areas of ITIL-related activities is a critical part of this position.
? Maintain visibility to IT service-level and operating-level agreements with the business and any Service Level or Operating Level agreement deliveries.
? Provide technical expertise and support to the PES related applications.
? Analyze processes and make recommendations for improving efficiency, product or service delivery; and constantly strive to reduce expenses
? Must be able to work independently as well as with a team.
? Performs related duties as needed

Provide the primary groups or key positions that this position will have interaction with as a regular part of the position responsibilities. Include any external interactions as appropriate.


The candidate will have regular interactions with world wide manufacturing site personnel as well as multiple software suppliers / vendors.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Indicate the formal education, certification or license required and/or preferred. Include the minimum number of years of relevant experience required for the position (where legally permissible).


Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing plant operating environment of which at least 3 years have been in a responsible Site BT role (e.g. Project leader, MES Team leader). Experience to include all stages of system and application ELC from concept through business case development, system build & deploy, system support and system retirement. The PES systems have a high interdependency with automation systems across DP, API and Biotech facilities:
? Operational experience of PLC, SCADA and DCS systems.
? Operational experience of highly automated internal logistic systems (WMS, WCS), of paperless manufacturing processes, of highly automated manufacturing and packaging activities as well as of business process integration.
? Knowledge of SDLC/ELC and project management processes.
? Experience supporting the implementation of IT solutions.
? Prior experience managing production support per Service Level Agreements.
? Demonstrated ability to perform technical project management.
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to effectively communicate with the appropriate project stakeholders and senior business leadership.
? Ability to collaborate with vendor partners / project teams.
? Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization who possess varying levels of technical expertise.
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
? Demonstrated ability to successfully manage interpersonal relationships.
? Demonstrated ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical personnel.
? Previous experience in conflict resolution.
? Must be familiar with ITIL methodologies and have exposure to Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma.
? Posses previous experience developing and implementing performance metrics, SLA, customer satisfaction surveys, and working with other departments to optimize support.
? Strong process and procedure skills, most particularly regarding incident, change and configuration management.
? An understanding of ITSM - Information Technology Service Management processes and procedures is also important, as is familiarity with help desk, service desk.

? ITIL certification is a plus.
? Experience with defining processes, and implementing the Trackwise - Quality Management Software is a plus.
? Experience with performing and leading regression testing and issue correction validation testing, utilizing Mercury Quality Center is a plus.
? PMI certification preferred but not required.
? Six Sigma Green Belt training/certification recognized as an advantage but not required.
? Previous personnel management experience.
? Must have the ability to work across multiple concurrent operations and projects and be flexible to adapt to changing priorities.
? Reading / Writing / Speaking in Chinese language and/or Japanese language is a plus.
Education: BS and/or Masters in Engineering or Technology based subjects(s).
