职位描述
Performance Area 1: Training and Development
- To structure the company training system
- To make the training requirements analysis every year
- To set up the company Internal training and external training plan
- Contact and select the proper consultant company to supply the training courses
- Following up training implementation
- Check training effectiveness, external training: collect and analyse trainee learning logs; internal training: participate in selected training
- Keep the internal and external training records
- To conduct NEO training for new recruited employee
Performance Area 2: Performance and Development management
- Conduct and oversee annual Objectives and Performance Appraisal system according to Vopak PM Process
- Identify the training needs based on the performance review feedback
- Attend the department Performance review meeting (if applicable)
- Coaching and guiding the Performance appraisal process
Performance Area 3: Manpower planning, Recruitments
- Assist HR Manager to make the manpower plan in alignment with the company strategy
- Oversee recruitment and selection process and make objective recommendations on new staff
- Manage all labour contracts, sign, renew and terminate as necessary
Performance Area 4: Compensation and Benefit
- Assist HR Manager to set up and update the compensation and benefit policy and procedures of the company
- Oversee the Job grade and salary system
- Control and analyse the overtime payment
Performance Area 5: Company HR rules and policies maintain
- Execute HR initiatives and policies to support the business objectives locally and divisionally
- Communicate the HR rules and policies in the company
- Comply with Vopak Way requirements on 4 people and MOT standard
Performance Area6: Others
- Assist HR Manager to Write the HR budget in accordance with the company strategy and in line with business plan
- Monthly reporting to HR Manager on HR KPI`s and trends
- Initiate company-culture grooming activities
- Develop company HR team member
- Degree and post graduate qualifications
- Previous experience in HR area ( above 5 years )
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Good knowledge of Employment legislations
- Independent and self-motivated.
