SCHEDULING AND PROGRAMMING

1. Ensures the proper conduct of its activities to meet the requests received from his manager, for the achievement of company objectives.

2. Ensures that all activities are carried out according to company procedures.

3. Interfaces with his/her manager for any problem found on what to do.

4. Provides assistance to all members of his office/department, sharing information and skills needed.



OPERATION ACTIVITIES

1. Performs the storage of components in stock and the picking activities;

2. he/she carries out all activities necessary for the supply of components to assembly line or production activities;

3. He/she manages the activities related to ECN communications.

4. It ensures the implementation of accounting flows in case of "noncompliance" to the supplier. 5. Ensures the management of inventory misalignment.

6. He/she perform and is responsable the foreseen rolling inventory

7. Responsable for any missing parts found in the warehouse keeping informed the logistic with any kind of misalignement

8. He/she carries out all activities necessary for the proper management of Kanban system;

9. Manage and prepare the request of order for "consumption material" being responsable for the proper dispensation to the applicants
