Key Responsibilities岗位描述:

1.管理并不断改进生产流程以更好的符合国家和集团的要求。

To manage and continuously improve production process to comply with local and GSK requirements.

2.按照协定的生产计划组织生产活动、完成生产任务。

To implement production activities and deliver the finished goods to commercial as agreed plan.

3.保证使用正确的，合格的物料进行生产。

To ensure products are manufactured by correct and released materials.

4.保证使用安全的，验证的，经校验的设备进行生产。

To ensure all equipment used for production are safe, validated and calibrated.

5.监督和管理生产线员工按标准操作规程进行生产。发现不符合要求的进行整改。

To supervise production activities against approved procedures and instructions and rectify them if any discrepancy.

6.巡回地在生产车间进行检查，包括产品的质量，设备的表现，人员的操作，物料的状况，生产线的清场，生产线的启动，物品的摆放，清洁的程度等等。

To review the production area to inspect the product quality, equipment status, staff’s operation, materials state, line clearance and set up, 5S etc.

7.对批记录进行审核，并及时上交质量部。

To review the batch documents and submit to quality timely.

8.根据生产线状况安排人员，及时调配合适的人员到合适的岗位。按照生产的状况，及时调整生产计划。

To make effective use of manpower resource, adjust internal plan based on equipment and staff’s availability.

9.起草，更新标准操作规程，制备批生产记录和其他的生产性文件。对重大的变化与调整，提出变更控制。

To prepare and update SOP, batch instructions and other production documents. To raise change control on significant change and adjustments related to production.

10.保证只有经过合适的培训的操作员工上岗工作。并提供相应的在岗培训。

To ensure that all production staff gets proper training, including on-job training.

11.对生产趋势进行分析，以监控产品生产的趋势。对差异和客户投诉进行调查，并提出产生调查报告和提出整改方案。

To perform production trend analysis in order to monitor the tendency. To carry out the investigations for customer complaints and production deviations and prepare related reports and suggest action plans.

12.对生产线进行观察和分析，结合日常的操作，不断地持续改进，努力降低物料的消耗，提高产品的产量和质量。

To understand production process and improve process capability to reduce material consumption and improve product quality and yield.

13. 经常性的进行安全检查，对生产线员工进行安全督促，保证安全生产。

To perform routine safety check and supervise line staff’s activities to make sure safe manufacturing.

14.监督并确保所负责的区域和人员都遵守/执行相关的SOP和健康、安全制度;还应辨识和报告安全方面的问题和担忧。

Monitoring - and ensuring - compliance with SOPs and safe systems of work, and flagging up safety issues and concerns.

Specialised Knowledge 专业知识:

1.breadth & depth across disciplines or functions; expertise in field required

所需知识的宽度（跨学科），所需知识的深度 （特定学科）

2.具有药学或化学相关学士学位或与该学位同等的知识背景，并至少具有3年工作经验。

To have a BS degree or equivalent in pharmaceutical or chemical and at least 3 years work experience.

3.熟悉GMP的要求。

To understand related GMP requirements.

4. 具有一定的领导力，团结团队共同完成目标。

To have proper management skill to coordinate the team members to complete production tasks.
