主要工作职责Main Responsibilities
◆ 公司总机电话接听及转接服务；
Responsible for answering the phone and transferring Calls.
◆ 公司来访客人的接待工作；
Responsible for receive guests.
◆ 公司员工考勤的记录及统计；
Responsible for offering the attendance monthly and report to related supervisors.
◆ 工作餐的统计、预定；
Record the statistic number of working meals of the whole company and arrange related affairs
◆ 对公司的信件、快递、报纸、杂志、包裹等做分类登记和收发；
Send express and mails for the company and colleagues
◆ 办公用品及耗材的预定和管理；
Purchase the office stationaries and do analysis for the using status.
◆ 协助行政及部门其他人员处理其他事务。
Assist to be the support for other affairs.

资历Qualification
◆教育Education
大专及以上, 人力资源，英语或管理类相关专业
College and above, Major in Human Resource, English or management related.
◆ 语言Language
熟练的英语口语及书面表达能力
Fluent English both in oral and writing.
◆ 技能Skill
精通办公软件的运用，尤其是PPT、EXCEL格式
Familiar with office software, especially PowerPoint and excel.
◆ 态度Attitude
积极主动，较强的执行力
Active，good executive ability.
◆ 良好的沟通协调能力
Good communication ability.
