岗位职责/Responsibilities

1) 负责在线产品的质量检验活动，以确保其在制品和产品符合公司产品规格要求。
Conduct the in process inspection activities, to ensure all WIP and product meet with defined product specification.
2）负责在线生产活动的质量监督，以确保其生产过程符合公司质量要求。
Monitor in process quality activities, to ensure the production activities comply with the quality requirement.
3）负责在线生产活动的质量记录整理和审查放行，确保所有生产质量记录准确完整并符合公司要求；
Collection, review and release the production records, to make sure all device history record’ integrity, correctness and quality compliance.
4）负责生产现场每批生产前后清场和生产线清洁效果的确认；
Verify of line cleaning and line clearance.
5）负责监督生产线员工的GMP行为和EHS行为。
Monitor the GMP practice and EHS practice in process.
6）负责对在检验期间向质量工程师汇报不合格信息，提供不合格产品的处理建议；并协助质量工程师处理不合格现象。
Detect and report the nonconformance to quality engineer, provide the appropriate handling proposal if any, and assist quality engineer in nonconformity handling.
7）执行质量工程师分配的其它工作。Conduct other tasks assigned by quality engineer.


岗位条件/Qualification
教育/Education
◆ 高中，技校或以上学历高中，技校或以上学历/ High school or above, experience in mechanical &electronic is preferred
u 了解ISO9001、ISO13485、QSR、GMP等质量管理体系程序/ Know basic knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, QSR, GMP requirement.

工作经验/Experience
u 在制造业3年或以上的质量检验经验, 具有医疗行业GMP工作经验者优先考虑/With above 3 years quality control experience in manufacturing, with GMP experience in medical industry is preferable.
u 掌握一定的在线质量控制统计技术如AQL， SPC./ Have certain statistic tool knowledge in process control, like AQL, SPC.
u 熟悉尺寸检验工具如卡尺, 千分尺等/ Familiar with dimension measurement tools like caliper, micrometers.

语言/Language
◆ 能进行简单地英语会话 Simple English conversation
◆ 具有基础的英语阅读书写能力优先考虑/Basic English reading& written Skill is preferable
◆ 基本的计算机能力 Basic Microsoft skill
