The Role
We are extending the successful KLB Group brand to China Market, starting with our existing Multi-national client relationships from Europe. We are looking for a motivated professional to join our China team to lead New Business Development strategy to include: client target focus, service definition, sales pitch, networking, tele-marketing strategies for our selected client areas, lead generation, market research, sales pipeline and all other sales generation methods.
You will report to and work closely with our business unit manager who will help you present and develop business opportunities that you identify and qualify. Bonuses will be both monthly and annually paid on achieving defined targets.
Responsiblities
- Analysis of customer specific demands and translate into commercial offers
- Lead and execute the sales project and negotiations for deals to meet the target
- Define new business opportunities in line with company objectives
- Present KLB philosophy and methodology in public events, on-line forum, seminars, etc.
- Develop close relationships with potential clients
- Manage the delivery of any contract by working closely with company stakeholders
- Project management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Recruitment of future consultants
Requirements:
- International exposure is a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven consultative pitch and experience in building relationship in high executive level
- English proficient, Mandarin proficient
- Proven track record in account management
- Minimum 5 years experience in account management/sales/marketing.
- Familiar with consulting/service industry
- Proactive in anticipating and solving problems
Desirable:
- Familiar with Purchasing, Quality and Supply Chain
- Familiar with selling service/solution-delivering
