1. Bachelor degree or above, majored in in Electronics, Electric Engineering or Automatization;
2. More than 5 years in supplier quality/development preferably working with multinational manufacturing organizations;

3. Familiar with ISO9001&ISO14001 system;
4. To be a self-motivated, independent individual, proactive and aggressive to work, eager to learn and willing to be challenged;
5. Good interpersonal skills and people management skills;
6. Good English skill.

职责描述:

1. Be responsible for auditing (QMS and Technology based) and approving new suppliers in line with supplier quality assurance manual and procedures;
2. Manage supplier quality performance by monitoring, communicating and developing improvement plans with all key area suppliers;
3. Develop any non-performing suppliers ensuring that robust action plans are implemented and maintained;
4. Manage the immediate supplier quality concerns by coordinating activities to mitigate risks and secure supply of good quality parts to our manufacturing facilities;
5. Be involved in auditing suppliers to ensure development activities are on track and any risks are identified and mitigated by joint activity with suppliers;
6. A key activity, working directly with the local and Corporate Quality Assurance Managers, will be the tracking of suppliers ensuring that the key gateways are achieved and reviewing suppliers control plans and PFMEAs prior to project launch to ensure that these are effective for quality assurance requirements to Curtis Instruments Inc;
7. Conduct thorough product and process audits prior to sign off to ensure supplier readiness;
8. Be necessary to manage and promote our supplier quality awards (presently under development for review and release) in line with our internal procedure.
