1. Duties and Responsibilities

1) Lead cross-function team, IT team and other supporting team, to develop a more robust manufacturing system or further develop and integrate on top of existing manufacturing system and all supporting system to support whole factory operation, including all oversea factories in Knowles.
2) Maintain and continuously optimize manufacturing system to improve lot traceability, reduce data response time, integrate with error-free solution, improve planning efficiency and so on, to support factory increasing operation complexity.
3) Further develop new function on developed manufacturing system to support new product introduction and new process introduction within project schedule.
4) Develop training material and perform training to all end users, including production employee and other supporting team members on manufacturing system.
5) Coordinate or lead productivity improvement projects though manufacturing system optimization.
6) Provide corrective and preventative actions from manufacturing system side to fix internal issue and external issues.
7) Carry out special projects assigned by management.

2. Job Specifications

1) Bachelor degree with at least 6 years experience in manufacturing system development/management or production management of semiconductor industry
2) Good at oral and written English
3) Excellent communication skills
4) Leadership of leading cross-functional team work in multinational corporation
5) Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing System
6) Experience with Oracle preferred
