现公司招聘以下岗位：

HR&Admin specialist 人事行政专员,

1, office reception's duty including but not limite to arrange couriers, receving visitors, arrange conference calls and set up meetings.

承担办公室来访接待包括但不局限于访客接待，信件快递，会议安排；

2、Maintain office cleaning and safety, follow 5s instrution.

办公室内清洁安全维稳；并按照5s管理执行

3、Tracking employee attendence and keep record, update to relevant system

记录员工考勤并更新相关系统信息；

4、Office supplier purchase and management, assist management team for admin relevant affair.

办公物品采购及管理，协助管理层完成公司行政事务工作；

5、Budget Planning and arrange vendor payment accordingly

根据预算及付款要求安排供应商款项的支付；

6、Manage work tools T&E, like set up new account, log in issue, prepare time report.

管理办公工具T&E (Time&expense)，如建立新账号，登陆问题，制作相关工时报告；

7，Responsible for EE's on boarding or resignation process, orientation for new staff.

负责员工入职离职手续办理，新员工入职培训；

8，Assist to lead and plan the site activities in Shenzhen office

协助组织安排深圳员工的活动事项；

9、Other task assign by magament team.

领导安排的其他事项。

岗位要求：

1.1-2 years relevant working experience, good command of English reading and writing

1-2年相关工作经验，良好英文读写能力

2.Politeness,Have basic etiquette knowledge

待人接物有礼貌，具备基本礼仪常识

3.Work carefully,strong learning ability, patience

工作细致认真，学习能力强，有耐心

4.Good team player.

有良好的团队精神

5.Flexible and be able to work under pressure.

具有一定的应变能力且能承受工作压力

6.Proficient in Microsoft Office(Outlook, Word,Excel,Powerpoint)

熟悉使用操作电脑，office办公软件等
