Requirement:
o Bachelors degree or above in a technical discipline.
o Min. 3 yrs experience as a SHE supervisor or above.
o Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements. Possess China Safety Certificate.
o Experience setting up and administering a SHE Mgmt system.
o ISO 9001, 22716, 14000, 18000, SA 8000
o Fluent in English & Mandarin
Responsibility:
o Implement best practises, deploy SHE tools and working directly with line management, adopt a "hands on" approach to the development and implementation of local solutions.
o Manage day to day coordination of SHE across the sites, working closely with line management to ensure a consistent and proactive approach.
o Ensure arrangements are in place for SHE audits/reviews and inspections of the workplace, plant and equipment in order to monitor compliance with the Company SHE mgmt system and local legal requirements.
o Ensure all occupational injuries/illnesses, dangerous occurrence, incidents and at risk behaviours are fully investigated and reported with findings and recommendations for preventative action and corrective action where appropriate.
o Advise and assist in all risk assessment activities, including advice on new investments and projects.
o Assist local management in the development and execution of a SHE Improvement Plan. Monitor this against local objectives & targets.
o Provision of emergency procedures, first-aid facilities, safety signs, relevant protective clothing and equipment, and incident reporting to the relevant authorities.
o Prevention and precautions against, or adequate control of, exposure to hazardous substances, and danger from flammable, explosive, electrical, noise, radiation and manual handling risks.
o Ensure workplace satisfies health, safety and welfare requirements for ventilation, temperature, lighting, sanitary, washing and rest facilities.
o Prepare monthly SHE management reports.
o Participate in the SHE Mgmt Committee.
o Liaise with relevant local regulatory authorities. Ensure that management are up to date and advised on regulatory changes.

    莹特丽科技（苏州工业园区）有限公司是莹特丽集团于2005年在苏州工业园区注册的一家以内销为主的化妆品研发生产公司，占地1.5万平方米，2006年底建成，2007年2月开始试生产，主要为国内客户提供彩妆及护肤的一条龙服务。由于业务发展需要，在2013年6月又在园区筹建了莹特丽科技的新厂区，并在2015年3月开始试生产，截至2016年，成品总产能已达1.78亿件。
