1. 二年以上相关行业工作经验
2. 拥有熟练的目检，返修技能
3. IPC-A-610CIT；IPC-7711/21CIT 持证者为佳
4. 了解PCBA生产流程
5. 具有一定英文读写能力

职责：1.Be responsible for technical training to new direct labor (Classroom training & OJT), remain training record.
所有新员工的技能培训(教室培训和在线培训)和管理(纪律和生产行为等)，并做好记录。
2.Be responsible for all DL employees’ relative skill training, such as rework, inspection, machine operate etc.
所有DL员工的相关技能培训，如焊接，目检，操机等
3.Has the responsible to reflect problem occurred/ potentially occurred, discipline on production line.
有权反映生产线发生的问题、可能发生的问题、员工的不良生产行为(ESD)、纪律等。
4.Standardize operation criteria, improve operators’ operation skills.
规范作业员的作业标准，提高作业员的技能水平。
5.Do assessment & reassessment to operators continuously.
不间断地给生产线员工做认证和再认证。
6.Dismiss of skill card after certified work.
培训考核合格后技能卡的发放。
7.Design and update relevant training material.
相关培训材料的设计和更新。
8.For those operators who can not competent to station, response to their superior and coordinate other training issue.
对于不能胜任其岗位的员工，负责向其主管反映并与其协调其它培训事宜。
