机加工工程师

Main responsibility:
- Prepare for the CNC machining program;

编制数控机加工程序
- Test the program on the machine for the prototype;

进行首件程序测试
- Optimize the program with better parameters to improve the efficiency;

优化程序以提高效率
- Analyze the parts drawing and Design/select tools, fixtures and test equipment for CNC machine;

通过分析图纸,选择CNC的刀具和夹具
- Technical support for jig manufacturing stage;

对于新的夹具给与技术主持
- Final approval of the jigs;

新夹具的接收检验
- Supervises or provides advice employees while operating various machine tools;

监督指导操作工操作不同的刀具
- Develop skilled fitting, timing, adjustment, and construction of tools.
- Improve production performance.
提高机加工的生产效率
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree in mechanical manufacture;

大专或以上机械制造专业，经验丰富者可以，学历可以放宽。
- At least 3 years in programming, jig development or parts machining;

至少三年加工中心编程、夹具开发和零部件加工的经验
- Rich experience in machining process and programming system（SIEMENS 840D solution line ）

丰富的机加工工艺知识以及编程经验，熟悉西门子840D系统。

Has experience of Heller machining center（H5000） is much preferred.

熟悉德国HELLER加工中心的优先考虑.
- Familiar with the cutting tools and the characteristics of the tools;

熟悉切割刀具和刀具性能
- Familiar with mechanical design software

熟悉机械设计软件
- Good experience and understanding of machining benchmark.

对于机加工的标准有很好的理解。
