Main responsibilities:
1. Control circuit simulation and design, e.g. analog measurement circuits, digital circuit, industrial communication interfaces and power supply circuits for frequency converters.

2. Defining the board function test plan & spec, testing and review.

3. Cooperation with colleague for other product testing

4. Component selection with sourcing and close cooperation with global material suppliers and subcontractors.

5. Cooperate with customers and other R&D teams globally.

6. Problem trouble shooting.

Main requirments:
Education and Experience教育背景及工作经验:

1. Appropriate technical degree (M.Sc. or B.Sc.)

2. Related working experience at least 3 years

3. Have both theoretical and practical experience in microcontroller systems as well as in analog measuring principles and selection criteria of the components.

4. Experience in designing electronics for the demanding industrial applications and environments.

5. Experience in the whole product development process from feasibility study and specification to production ramp-up.


Knowledge知识:

1. Knowledge of circuit simulation and design tools, e.g. pspice, pads logic.

2. Understanding whole product development process and ability to work cooperation with software, mechanical and verification engineer.

3. Knowledge of quality process for electronic design including documentation, design, testing and reviews for circuit diagrams and PCB’s.

4. Knowledge of PCB layout designing process, PCBA manufacture process and PCBA testers is required.
5. Knowledge of EMC and safety design.

6. Knowledge of fieldbus is an asset.
7. Knowledge of power electronics is an asset, e.g. AC-DC power supply and IGBT circuit.
8. Knowledge of safety and EMC-standards for industrial devices is an asset.
