Responsibility:
1. New building construction as local coordinator; act as interface of external utilities suppliers; support internal/external approval for construction permits
2. Plan, maintain and continuous improve energy supply system, such as electricity distribute system, water system, compressed air system, air conditioning, exhaust.
3. Plan and maintain fire prevention system, security system.
4. Plan and offer all buildings structure related maintenance and service, such as parking area, roof and structure safety.
5. Coordinate installation and facilities supply for R&D test equipments and headquarter office, renovation and relocation.
6. Layout overview and furniture arrangement
7. Management of HSE affairs include related HSE permit work, set up HSE management requirements and procedure, conduct MAE released procedure, safety manufacturing management, First aid management
8. Monitor & ensure FCM/HSE works be carried out per relevant procedures and systems.

Requirement:
1. Engineering relevant bachelor degree or above
2. +5 years experience in plant facility management in manufacturing plant
3.Know ISO/TS 16949/ISO 14000 & MS office software & AutoCAD & Project management.
4. Good English both in oral and written.
