Qualifications:

1.Full-time Bachelor degree in Accounting/Auditing
2.Fluency in written and oral English is essential, as this person shall frequently contact overseas -Headquarter auditing team
3.Min 2 years of professional experience in Audit (external or internal)
4.Analytical and attention to details
5.Good communications skills, team spirit, independent and initiative



Internal Auditor (weighting 60%): Coordinate and communicate with all departments for Compliance and Risk Control, ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and their compliance to Group procedures, report audit findings/reviews to management.
The main tasks:
1.Perform audit interviews and tests
2.Analyze all types of documents and information (financial, contractual, procedures, etc)
3.Identify internal control weaknesses and define associated recommendations
4.Formalize audit report and related action plans
5.Perform the follow-up of action plans

Group reporting (weighting 40%):
Complete Group Reports,ensure the accuracy and efficiency in the group financial reporting
The main tasks:
1.Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting for Group consolidation
2.Assist in preparation of monthly forecast and yearly budget for management review and approval
3.Develop accounting set up and reporting process with respective to financial reporting
4.Assist in costing reporting, e.g. purchasing, inventory and production efficiency reports
5.Perform any tasks assigned by Department Head
