? Development of formulations based on a good understanding of customers' technical needs
? Accurate creation of customised samples for customers
? Promote and maintain the company culture of technical service, customer satisfaction, quality and excellence
? Maintain up to date knowledge of technical and regulatory developments in the specific ingredients areas
? Develop new concepts according to clear growth plan proposed by the sales team
? Creating specifications for finished products and raw materials
? Testing and evaluating new raw materials
? Manipulate and work with complex Microsoft Excel ® spreadsheets

Skills and Experience Required:
? Minimum 5 years technical experience in food manufacturing or healthcare/supplement industry
? Minimum Bachelors Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Nutrition Science, Pharmaceuticals or Biochemistry
? Knowledge of analytical measurement techniques
? Must be able to communicate efficiently in oral and written English
? Experienced with using complex Excel spreadsheets
? Highly organised with an eye for detail
? Ability to work in a high pressure environment
? Able to work independently and is proactive in solving problems
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both "one to one" and with larger audiences, presentation skills highly desirable.
? High-level multi-tasking ability
