Qualification and experience:
- Degree in manufacturing, mechanical, industrial engineering or electronics discipline. MBA holder is a plus!
- Work in light manufacturing industry with more than 5 years in managerial position, understand technical requirement of clean room and experience in precision optics / glass lens manufacturing an advantage.
- Right experience in leading manufacturing activities likes meeting OTD, cost reduction, productivity gains. In short, expertise in gear-up operations competitiveness.

Skills and work knowledge:
- Skills in implement Good Manufacturing Practice in the production floor and capable to achieve "high performance Company"
- Strong in process optimization and practices lean concept in production floor
- People developer with experience to identify and develop human potential
- Highly motivated to take challenges, pressures and assertive in bringing team in achieving goals and targets given.
- Proactive mind set and thinking, result oriented
- Strong leadership quality and excellent in communication skills, both in-house and external
- Capable to manage and lead small medium size organization
