Main Responsibility:
Primary responsible for assigned Project(s) - Manage, control & co-ordinate with NPI teams to ensure project objectives fulfilled.
?Develop & maintain the project plan for assigned project
?Organize new project kick-off meeting
?Co-ordinate related NPI build performance including OTD, yield rate, waste and action plan
?Follow up related build feedback in customer side
?Follow NPI procedure to conduct NPI review meeting with all concerned parties
?Project sign off to ensure smooth transition of new products from NPI team to site team
?Escalate any project management issues
?Other duties to be assigned.

Qualification:
?Bachelor degree or equivalent
?Over 3 years in project manager position
?Strong Leadership capabilities
?Proven Project Management skills
?Strong Communication skills in Chinese & English
?Good team player & relationship builder with capability to co-ordinate cross functional & multi site activities.
?Strong Die Cut Technical capabilities
?Assertive, self-motivated with drive to succeed.
?Structured, organized working methods
?Relevant Degree Qualification - preferred
