Suzhou Spruce Renewable Energy Technology, Inc. was established in 8th of Mar, 2007 with the registered capital of 8.344 million USD and total investment of 13.9392 million USD. It has Workshop area of 20 acres, building area of 13300sqm, more than 200 employees. Spruce mainly focuses on the research and development, manufacturing of renewable energy and the development and industrialization of the new generation flexible a-Si thin film solar cell as well as the development and industrialization of Non-Glass Lightweight Solar Crystalline Module.

Spruce has been awarded with the certificates of "Jiangsu foreign R&D institution", "High-tech enterprise", "Suzhou flexible PV cells technology R&D center",etc. "Lightweight modular PV module" as a invention patent have been awarded in 2015.

Spruce has innovated new PV modules with features of thinner, higher generating performance, lighter weight, faster cooling, waterproof, corrosion resistance, easy to clean dust and snow,etc. comparing to the traditional PV modules. Spruce has a plan to manufacture 2GW of crystalline module and 20MW of flexible solar products in next 5 years and keep the company in a leading position in renewable energy industry.

Spruce has already completed the development and mass production of the first generation Non-glass lightweight high performance PV modules.
