Responsibility

1. Facility energy management, initiate the cost saving project, study feasibility and tracking, work with EHS to meet the global environmental goal.

2. Manage and complete Facilities Work-Request assigned, project management, and design the Landscaping, facility PM ( Power, Air Duct, Pipe )etc system drawing for the Project as needed.

3. Provide support as needed to all users & best service to all users.

4. Supervise the construction from start to finish to ensure a quality construction within budget and schedule.

5. Conduct process review of building maintenance and project procedures and approval system to identify improvement potentials and implement where practical.

6. Design and modify project packages based on existing systems, ELE/HVAC/water/CDA/fire fighting etc.

7. Be able to work with technician or subcontractors for the trouble-shooting, performing oversee to sub-contractor's work and set up training package for them.

8. Evaluate project sub-contractors to determine potential for cost savings to obtain cost savings.

9. Set up or maintain the general building maintenance information

system.

10. Help Dept. section head/supervisor to setup Facility procedure.

11. Identify & record any problem relating to the product, process and quality system.

12. Perform other duties as required or assigned by direct supervisor.

Requirements

1). Familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Project and computer based applications.

2). Good inter-personal and communication skills.

3). Good presentation skill both in English and Chinese.

4). College or Bachelor degree in M&E with a minimum of 3 years directly related experience as a plant facility engineer.
