Requirement:

- Bachelor Degree above;
- With ISO9001 Internal auditor training;
- Must have minimum 5 years' experiences as a Certification Engineer;
- Hands-on experience in Document Control;
- Ability to write professional and technical reports and procedures;
- Ability to make formal and informal presentations to technical staff;
- Familiarity with Agency documentation, such as: ISO9001, UL, CCC, CSA, NSF, ASME;
- Capable to lead the Certification team, verification processes, perform resource planning & management;
- A systematic approach to work and adhere to defined procedures;
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated;
- Demonstrates a high degree of personal and professional integrity;
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Leadership for team (IQC and DCC) management;
- Excellent English written and verbal skills.

Responsibility:

- Optimize Quality Management System with Lean Principle;
- Implement QMS training on new staff and perform refresh training when necessary;
- Lead the internal team to audit Quality Management System periodically;
- Liaise with Sending Teams to comprehend all Agency requirements on transferred product;
- Develop procedures ensuring internal process meet agency requirements;
- Maintain records to satisfy Agency audits;
- Monitor and track changes to product or Agency requirements;
- Perform internal Spot check product to ensure Agency requirements followed right;
- Attends training sessions and studies instructional material as may be supplied or recommended;
- Third Party or Customer audit results;
- System Implementation efficiency;
- DCC and IQC team management;
- QA internal training coordination.
