Requirements:

- At least bachelor degree , majored in EHS, Engineering or Science;

- Familiar with Chinese EHS laws & regulations;

- 5+ years EHS working experiences, at least 2 years management position in mutinational company;

- Strong communication and influencing skill,strong interpersonal and leadership skill,ability to interface effectively with all leavels within the company as well as the organizations outside Pentair;

- Good written and oral English.



Responsibility:

- Provide technical guidance & consultation on development, implementation and compliance of Tyco EHS standards, programs and management systems;

- Resource the facility in fostering an integrated EHS management structure and culture, setting clear line responsibility for EHS management and Zero Harm culture;

- Liaise with legal authorities and keep abreast of EHS legislative developments;

- Advise on compliance and implementation of relevant EHS legislative regulations & requirements, and Company EHS policies, standards and initiatives;

- Support area management, in the conduct and maintenance of EHS hazard identification & risk assessment and work with the area management to put in place the required controls;

- Resource in developing, maintaining and promoting Pentair EHS policies, standards, procedures and rules to promote Zero Harm culture;

- Assist in the setting up of the EHS Committee/Teams and oversee coordination between these EHS committees/teams;

- Facilitate in the identification of EHS training needs and to develop and conduct training;

- Facilitate in the investigation of EHS incidents, identify corrective and preventive actions and verify their completion;

- Conduct field and system EHS assessment (inspections/audits), report accordingly to the line organization, Facility EHS Committee and management;

- Ensure process/product/equipment changes conform to EHS requirements;

- Prepare EHS budget.
