职位描述

Requirements:
1. Education Requirements: Bachelor degree or above.
2. Experience Requirements :
1) Minimal 5 years experience in Human Resource filed, C&B experience is desired.
2) Solid knowledge in Recruiting, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Management and Labor Employment Law & Regulations.
3. English Requirements: be able to use English as working language.
4. Personal Requirements:
1) Communication- Effectively express oneself, as well as present ideas, in individual and group situations.
2) Initiative - Influence events, self-start, originate action and go beyond what is necessarily called for.
3) Attention to Detail - Accomplish total task, showing concern for all areas, no matter how small.
4) Work Standards - Sets high goals and standards of performance for self, subordinates, others and organization. Dissatisfied with mediocre performance
5) Integrity - Maintains social, ethical and organizational norms.

Responsibilites:
1. HR Planning & Delivery HR
1) To work in partnership with location management team in order to clarify their “workforce” requirement and develop a business-driven Workforce Strategy and drive the delivery of Strategy in order to enable the organization to achieve its business plan.
2) Ensure the delivery of specialist or generalist HR services to business functions. Advise line managers on HR implications of changes (proposals and initiatives) as they arise. Identify and advise line managers of
opportunities for business improvements arising out of HR initiatives.
3) Support and guide the location management team in the proactive implementation of government regulations and Corporate Policy in the areas of Employment Practices, Wellbeing and Diversity.
4) Engage in and conduct monthly payroll at the location, assist China C&B’s yearly benchmarking, and ensure the transaction of updated pay and conditions of employment.
5) Review HR KPIs in order to identify required improvements.

2. Partners Development
1) Assess the needs for talent in relation to the current and future business, including the need for specific competencies, knowledge and skills, and experience.
2) Work with location GM and China talent management team, develop, promote, and implement the succession planning and talent management activities that will support the organizational development requirements.
3) Develop and maintain effective working relations with workforce and ensure positive partner relations in place in order to support the business objective achievement.
4) Monitor and review workforce data in order to spot staffing risks and issues as well as opportunities for future improvement.

3. Performance and Change Management
1) Monitor partner performance appraisal and wage programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness, and make recommendations as appropriate.
2) Assist in the training of all managers and supervisors on employment practices so that they are prepared to deal with partner inquiries.
3) Drive and facilitate an effective performance management system in the department by creating and maintaining a high performance culture to improve the organizational capability and individual caliber.
4) Work with the department managers to identify opportunities for productivity improvements, via review of organizational structure, performance management and etc.
5) Facilitate organizational changes by engaging partners in understanding the needs for change.

4. All other duties
Perform all other duties as assigned or HR project.
