Responsibility
1) Release PO according to MP instruction and follow up with PO confirmation on time.
2) Keep close contact with vendors, and get back supplier's production plan and delivery schedule on time, feedback internally to
relevant department.
3) Timely review delivery schedule with supplier to ensure on time delivery and get shortage issues resolved.
4) Regularly provide OTD and other reports which required by purchasing function.
5) Implement strictly with purchasing plan including PO qty and unite price, without authority of department header no right to
amend privately.
6) Check with other buyers and give overall consideration of shipments, decrease unnecessary delivery and save freight.
7) Regularly review open PO delivery schedule and reschedule required date with vendors according to actual demand to make sure
inventory on reasonable level.
8) Assistant to shipping department and provide shipping documents, also Customs Clearance issues, to guarantee shipments
receipt goes smoothly.
9) Feedback issues to department header or relevant guys in time and necessary escalation to work out good result together.
10) Stress vendor management and make sure supplier arrange shipments follow our company's policy.
11) Submit payment request according to invoice and payment team, assistant finance department to resolve payment issue when
necessary.
12) Implement EC and resolve issues of open PO and pending stock on supplier's side.
13) Work with quality department to resolve quality issues in a timely manner, and follow up improvement.
14) Abide by purchase principle and commercial virtue, keep healthy cooperation with vendor.
15) Other tasks assigned by department header.

Requirements
1) Bachelor degree and above three years' experience of purchasing
2) Familiar with electronic materials marketing and relevant procedure.
3) Computer and Microsoft skills, with ERP operation experience.
4) Proactive working attitude and can under pressure.
5) Strong communication and negotiation skills.
6) Fluent English both in oral and written.
7) Good personality and well control, team working sprits, and have ability to analysis and resolve problems.
8) Possibly come under electromagnetic radiation
