Requirement:
1.Bechelor degree Electrical/Mechanical etc.
2.At least 3 years experience on process engineering in the electronics assembly industry,preferably in EMS industry;
3.Master of PCBA process such as SMT,Assembly,Wave soldering and reworking;abundant experiences and resources on solving manufacturing quality problem;
4.Fluently English speaking,writing and listening
5.Good communication and collaboration skills
6.Could work under higher pressure
7.Take initiative and Enthusiastic

Responsibility:
1.Handle product transfer and new product set up.
2.Support production by assessing product engineering issues on production line.
3.Improved quality and production yield.
4.Participate improvements to methodologies to maximize debug, integration and verification efficiency.
5.Optimize SMT MPM solder paste printing, wave soldering & SRT rework process.
6.Handle product fixture design, modification and optimization
7.Perform failure analysis on product issues.
8.Interact with customer and related departments on related issues like engineering changes, new model development
9.Modify work instructions
10.Training online technicians.
11.Others task assigned by Supervisor
