Main Responsibility:
1. Support NPI engineer on new products/samples to match customer requirement.
2. Maintain BOM/Routing to ensure correct manufacturing parameters and information to be documented;
3. Ensure progress of jobs through the process is planned and prioritized correctly.
4. Drive and implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve performance to customer.
5. Communicate with customers regarding design changes and process improvements.
6. Communicate and work with sales to ensure customer satisfaction and coordination.
7. Carry out RCA on customer defects and communicate and implement solutions.
8. Ensure processes are efficient, effective and function in a safe working environment.
9. Other duties as requested.

Qualification:
1. College degree or above
2. At least 3 yrs experience in a process or quality engineering role in die cut industry;
3. Experience of process improvement;
4. Experience of project management
5. Team work
6. Good communication skills both in English and Chinese
7. Be familiar with FMEA, SPC, CP.
8. Know ISO 9001, or QS 9000, TS 16949
