主要职责Main Responsibilities：
· Be motivated to follow up the final reception of the new plant.
· All the plant & equipment maintenance and modifications that will be needed following the request of the growing business.
· With an adequate experience in M & E activities.
· Should be able to analyse the machine specifications, equipment characteristics and to follow up all the installation and conduct the commitioning.
· Should be able to build specifications for all new work or equipment and technically follow the supplier.
· Will be in charge to define the safety rules during the plant activity.
· Built the preventive maintenance for our equipment and machines.
· Manage the spare part for the key equipment.
· Organise the preventive and curative maintenance
· Very security conscious and leading the EHS.
· Manage the schedule for all modifications on the site.
· Assume No maintenance issue will disturb the production.
· Be responsible to take care of all procedure and rules link to safety and environnement.

任职资格Qualifications：
· Around 5-7 years of rich experience in Maintenance
· Very good written and verbal communication skills and being able to work in an international working context.
· Should be able to analyse the machine specification for the Plastic industry, equipment characteristics and to follow up all the installation and conduct the commitioning.
· Good knowledge in plant energy network
· Very good in mechanical & Electrical.
· Able to deal with preventive maintenance to reach the automotive Quality targets.
· Able to deal with the suppliers
· Have a good level on technical English and is able to translate technical document
· Strong design mindset in M & E and machines (electrical, pneumatic, Hydraulic drawings).
· Knows and can use at least CAD software Autocad..
· Strong communication skills as well a good team player; Technically / conceptually sound in his domain.
· Speak fluently English
